November 1, 2024, Press Release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol: COLUMBUS – As we enter the holiday season, the Ohio State Highway Patrol is once again accepting submissions for its annual Holiday Card Contest. Since 2019, children up to 12 years old have had the opportunity to design the Patrol’s holiday card. The winning artwork will be used as Colonel Charles Jones’ official holiday card, featured in the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s quarterly Flying Wheel magazine and displayed on Patrol social media accounts.
