Two Warren men have been federally charged in connection with an Aug. 3 convenience store shooting in Trumbull County that left one person dead and another injured. Authorities say Jumal Ellis Rowe and Rayjon Ray Mcelroy were identified on surveillance video possessing firearms during the incident and now face up to 15 years in federal prison if convicted.
