Building communities "one cup" at a time is the mission of a group called "One Million Cups." Every Wednesday, entrepreneurs and small business owners meet across the nation to support one another over a cup of coffee. Lima is one of two chapters of "One Million Cups" in Ohio. The other is in Columbus. The organization was started in 2012 by the Kaufman Foundation in Kansas City, Missouri. It has grown into 103 chapters across the country that meet to support and engage with local entrepreneurs.
