Keith Lackey, 56 was killed in a rollover crash on Slabtown Road just before 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

The selection of Trooper Schreiber, age 29, is in recognition of outstanding service during 2024 at the Lima Post. Fellow officers stationed at the Lima Post chose Trooper Schreiber based on leadership abilities, professional ethics, courteous treatment of others, enthusiastic work attitude, and cooperation with supervisors, peers, and the public.
