The West Ohio Food Bank is encouraging community members to take advantage of a $10,000 dollar-for-dollar matching donation from an anonymous donor, allowing the campaign to raise up to $20,000 for hunger relief. During the announcement, Executive Director Tommy Harner was also honored with a proclamation from Lima Mayor Sharetta Smith recognizing her 20 years of service to the organization.

The DECA students raised the money through the Joy Project basketball game, which featured face painting, sugar cookies, and various merchandise to ensure local athletes with disabilities can participate in the Special Olympics.
