 The Allen County Engineers office says that McClain Road from Commerce Parkway to Buckeye Road will be closed to traffic on  Tuesday June 10 and Wednesday 11 for pavement milling.   The closure is between 7 am and 5 pm. There will be emergency access only during closure.Â
The intersection of Hanthorn and McClain roads in Allen County will close April 27 for construction and is expected to reopen July 1.
The Allen County Engineer announced a busy intersection will close at the end of April for two months.
HANTHORN ROAD and MCCLAIN ROAD Intersection will be CLOSED starting Monday, April 28th for intersection improvements, scheduled to reopen on July 1st.
During the closure, no access will be permitted. Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes.

New information has been released after several emergency agencies responded to a two-alarm house fire Tuesday afternoon in Lima. Around 3 PM Tuesday, Lima Fire and Heavy Rescue responded to a report of a house fire at 1401 McClain Road. Upon arrival, a second alarm was declared with additional assistance being called from Shawnee and Perry Townships as the house and surrounding area was engulfed in heavy smoke with flames affecting objects and trees in the yard.
