The Allen County Safe Community Coalition is expanding its efforts to promote roadway safety through education programs and a new safe driving scholarship initiative. The coalition also announced a leadership transition as Megan Kinnear steps away and retiring Bath Township Fire Chief Joseph Kitchen prepares to take over.
