The public will see some demolition work happening soon for the new Allen County administration building. The commissioners voted to hire "Ben's Construction" for $21,000 to take down 221 North Main Street. The 17-million-dollar administration building will sit on two current lots in downtown Lima, and this will be the first phase of the demolition process before work can begin.
