To ensure that the public knows where and how crime victims and survivors can find help, there will be an open house at Crime Victim Services on North Elizabeth Street here in Lima and also at their offices in Putnam County. CVS advocates attended or accompanied victims and survivors of crime to court hearings and proceedings more than 4,500 times in 2023.
