Council met and approved a resolution with Yard & Company for $156,655, based out of Cincinnati to beautify the village and improve housing with a 4-phase plan. The ground would hold a summit to identify problems in the village, then have an operations plan which would formalize a plan to focus on planning, implementing, and managing growth and development. The third phase would create a plan around a specific place on a regular basis to attract and shape a development objective. The final phase is a comprehensive community investment plan to guide growth and housing in the long term.
