The former Indian Lake superintendent loses his civil suit against the school district about his termination following charges he had sexual contact with a preteen girl back in 2013. 

The former Indian Lake superintendent has been sentenced to 4 and half years behind bars for having sex with a preteen girl. 

The trial for two former Logan County educators facing various charges involving sex with a minor is scheduled to begin Tuesday. 

A married couple from Logan County, both superintendents, pleaded not guilty all charges during their arraignment on Friday, July 14th.
