A task force has been formed in the State of Ohio which will focus on lowering infant mortality and racial disparity. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced the formation of the task force after a 2019 report from the by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) showed 929 Ohio Infants died before their first birthday in 2019.
