Of this amount, $12,537,202.34 was collected for civil damages, penalties, and interest owed to the United States, while $15,344,918 was collected for criminal restitution to victims of federal crime.

Tracy Murnane was sentenced today to 60 days in jail and three years of probation. His sentence also includes a $5,000 fine.
