Thursday, the Allen County Sanitary Engineers office presented 114 of 146 permanent easement agreements needed for the project to the Allen County Commissioners. These easements will allow pump stations to be installed on individual properties. The 3.4-million-dollar project is being funded in part by the United States Department of Agriculture, Community Development Block Grant funds, and several other sources. The project has been on the drawing board for more than 5 years.
