Lima Sister Cities is welcoming an international delegation this week for its first student exchange visit since 2019, marking the program's return following the pandemic. Community members are invited to attend a welcome party Wednesday evening and the unveiling of a new Eagle Scout-built sign at the Lima Sister Cities Garden on Thursday.
