Allen County Fair officials shared with the Lima Rotary Club the extensive planning and teamwork required to bring live entertainment to the fairgrounds each year. This year's featured concert will welcome country artist Koe Wetzel on Aug. 22, with stage-front standing-room-only tickets already sold out.
