For the last 33 years, letter carriers have helped "Stamp Out Hunger."
The “Stamp Out Hunger” postal carriers' food drive will be on May 14th. You just need to place non-perishable food items on your porch for pick-up. They do ask that you don’t include anything in glass. This is the 30th year for the event.
The local chapter of the National Association of Letter Carriers teamed up with the United Way of Greater Lima and the West Ohio Food Bank to participate in the Stamp Out Hunger national food drive.
Helping feed the hungry is the mission of United States Post Office employees and their families this weekend.
The Lima Post Office wants to remind residents of their upcoming food drive.
