It's a free art and music festival in downtown Lima that's entering its fifth year. The Legacy Arts Street Party is scheduled for this Saturday! Five years ago, several downtown business owners, bonded by the love of art, decided that Lima needed a day of diversity and positive vibes. The street party will have music, food, and art in a safe and family-friendly environment. The street party has grown over the past four years, and organizers are looking forward to another successful event.
