The fight against breast cancer starts with a single step, and one organization is gearing up for one of their biggest fundraisers of the year. Susan G. Komen Northwest Ohio is looking for people or teams to run in the annual “Race for a Cure” in Findlay on September 28th. This is the 7th year for the Findlay 5K, which brings out hundreds of runners and walkers who want to join the battle against breast cancer. With the money raised that day, Komen Northwest Ohio will serve women and men battling breast cancer locally.

2,500 people took to the streets of Findlay to help people with breast cancer have one more birthday.

Plenty of breast cancer survivors and supporters in the area are just days away from racing for the cure in Findlay.
