78th State Representative Susan Manchester would like to see House Bill 327 is needed to require employers, and contractors with 70 employees or more to use E-Verify to check citizenship status and employment eligibility of a job applicants.

Ohio lawmakers are trying to get changes made to the marijuana legalization law, the same week that is set to take effect.  A bill introduced in the Ohio Senate would change things in State Issue 2 that voters passed 57% to 43% in November.

She was able to see classes in progress where the teachers and students worked on language skills. There are “STEM” labs that give students the chance to work on specific projects around Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. There is even a “Zen” room to help children calm down if need be. Manchester was intrigued by what she saw.
