A Michigan woman has been on the run for nearly a year after law enforcement charged her with killing her boyfriend and deposing part of his body along I-75 between Bluffton and Findlay. The U.S. Marshal Services is still searching for Tamera Renee Williams for the death of 39-year-old David Carter. The remains of the Melvindale, Michigan man were found at multiple locations, but law enforcement was initially alerted to his death after an Ohio Department of Transportation employee discovered a sleeping bag along the side of the I-75 ten miles south of Findlay on October 1, 2018.
