Van Wert County Grand Jury says the no charges will be filed against the four Allen County SWAT officers involved in the fatal shooting of Terry Pierce Jr. who led law enforcement on a two-hour chase on September 3rd. Special Prosecutor Joseph Burkhard from Paulding County presented the case to the Grand Jury. Deputies Justin Kirk, Barry Friemoth, Detective Corey Hanjora, and Sergeant Josh Bayer has been cleared and returned to work Friday morning.

It started in Spencerville, then it went through multiple towns before it ended tragically two hours later near the Ohio-Indiana border.
