A Tennessee woman was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital in serious condition after pulling in front of a semi in Van Wert County Tuesday morning. The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on Van Wert Decatur Road, just east of U.S. 224. 59-year-old Kimberly Allred pulled over to the side of the road, stopped briefly, and then proceeded to make a U-turn. She pulled in front of a semi being driven by 32-year-old Justin Rogers of Convoy.
