While it looks like nothing is being done at the proposed site of Allen County's new administrative building, progress is being made. Department heads and elected officials are getting an update on the building plans. Commissioners and the WDC Group have been working on finalizing those plans for the new 30,000-square-foot structure housing seven departments.
