On Saturday, October 12th, at 7:12 PM, a Mercer County deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Us Rte 127 and St Rte 274, in Marion Township. The vehicle was being driven by William D. McSwain (21) of Dayton, OH.
