CELINA (WLIO) ... The Celina Bulldogs enter the 2026 high school football season looking to carry the momentum from back-to-back wins to close last year into a new campaign.

Celina finished 4-6 overall and 4-5 in the Western Buckeye League in 2025, ending the season with victories over Ottawa-Glandorf and Defiance. The Bulldogs again open the season against defending Division VII state champion St. Henry before hosting defending WBL champion Wapakoneta.

The Bulldogs return experience on both sides of the ball, led by senior quarterback Parker Wynk and junior lineman Cash Patrick.

Entering his 10th season, head coach Brennen Bader says continued development along the offensive and defensive lines, along with the progression at quarterback, will be key factors in determining Celina's success this fall.
