LIMA (WLIO) — One of the top basketball players in west central Ohio is staying close to home for the next step in his career.
Lima Central Catholic standout Jordan Priddy officially signed his letter of intent to continue his basketball career at the University of Findlay, joining head coach Charlie Ernst and the Oilers program.
Priddy capped off a decorated senior season by earning Northwest Conference Player of the Year honors, First Team All-NWC recognition, First Team All-Ohio status, and District 8 Player of the Year.
The Thunderbird standout also moved into second place on Lima Central Catholic’s all-time scoring list, surpassing school legend and 1994 Ohio Mr. Basketball Aaron Hutchins. Priddy averaged 27.4 points per game during his senior campaign.
After the signing, Priddy said he is excited for the opportunity to compete at the next level while remaining close to friends and family.
