LIMA (WLIO) — The Lima Locos are headed to the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League Championship Series after defeating the Muskegon Clippers 10-6 in Thursday's winner-take-all Game 3 at Simmons Field.

Lima scored twice in the first inning behind RBIs from Grant McGuire and Shane Miranda before extending the lead with an RBI groundout from Elijah Buffaloe. The Locos broke the game open with six runs in the fourth inning, highlighted by an RBI single from Cameron Greene and four bases-loaded walks.

The victory sends the Locos to their 14th GLSCL Championship Series appearance.
