DELPHOS (WLIO) — A historic night unfolded in Delphos as St. John’s completed an undefeated regular season and secured the outright MAC title with a win over Parkway.
The top-ranked team in Division VII set the tone early. Cameron Elwer sparked a first-half surge with a steal-and-score and later caught fire from deep. The Furman commit poured in a school-record 53 points.
Andrew Elwer added a long-range triple and connected with cousin Easton Elwer inside as the Blue Jays steadily widened the gap. Jacoby Triplett knocked down a three for Parkway, but the Panthers were unable to slow the momentum.
St. John’s rolls to a 95-53 victory, finishing the regular season 22-0 and claiming its third straight outright MAC championship.
