JACKSON CENTER, Ohio - Wapakoneta picked up its first win and clean sheet of the season Tuesday, shutting out Jackson Center 4-0.

The Redskins already led 1-0 when Gavin Gallaspie doubled the advantage in the 15th minute, capitalizing on a Jackson Center turnover in its own box.

Jackson Center goalkeeper Kaiden Guey kept the Tigers within striking distance in the second half, making back-to-back saves to keep the deficit at two.

Wapakoneta eventually broke through again, with Gallaspie and Landon Jordan scoring just minutes apart to complete the 4-0 victory.
