According to the Bellefontaine Examiner, 20-year-old Austin Allen was charged with 2 counts of complicity to murder, as well as, other complicity charges involving the shooting deaths of 22-year-old Caleb Chamberlin and 24-year-old Anthony Schulz. Three other teens were also arrested for the November 27th home invasion and shooting in Bellefontaine.

The complicity charge alleges Allen was with the group during the crime, but didn't directly commit the act, but could face the same penalty as if he did commit the crime. The teens, whose ages range from 15 to 17, are expected to be tried as adults for the crimes and have hearings set for January.
