LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Bradfield Community Center continues to provide programming to meet the needs of area residents.

You can find recreational activities nearly every day of the week to meet any level of fitness. From this strength, stretch, and stability class to Zumba to adult volleyball, there's something for everyone. Participants say that taking classes has benefited them in many ways and encourages others to take them.
"So you do the best you can. Sometimes you have to moderate a little bit, and sometimes you have to stop and rest a little bit. But we're always encouraged by the instructors to keep moving. And I'm thankful and grateful because I think without this I wouldn't feel as good as I do, and I'm a senior citizen," commented Ruth Glover, encouraging others to take classes.
