Another round of hiring is happening at Cenovus Energy Lima Refinery.
The company is looking to hire 22 process operators. Due to recent attrition numbers, they are in need of filling these positions. Qualifications are that the applicant must be 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent and legally authorized to work in the U.S. There are also other preferred and physical requirements requested for employment.
Dean Hempfling is Director of Operations and had this to add, “So we’re looking for problems solvers we’re looking for people who want to take ownership of their rolls. High mechanical aptitude, work with integrity and really just looking for a role where they want to learn something new every day. Those are the types of people that we’re looking for.”
