A Convoy woman accused of murder appeared for a motion hearing on Wednesday.
Vicky Shellabarger was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury for the murder of her 22-month-old daughter in April 2018.
In Allen County Common Pleas court, Shellabarger's attorney submitted a motion to dismiss the state's expert witness. The motion was denied by Judge Jeffrey Reed, however, a motion for the defense to seek their own expert witness was granted.
Shellabarger jury trial is set for March 30th.
