LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Crews were out on Lima's south side dealing with a water main break on Wednesday evening. A break near the Encore Theater led to Collett Street being closed in that area for some time. The utility field services for the City of Lima were on hand at the scene cleaning and patching up their sixth water main break of the day. Officials on the scene told us that these types of breaks can happen with temperature changes and shifts in the ground.
