1007 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Ridge Township for a complaint of a loose dog.
1015 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Bockey Road in Washington Township to standby as a peace officer.
1046 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1114 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject with chest pain.

0143 hrs. – Deputies along with Middle Point Fire and EMS responded to an area of hessian Road in Jackson Township for a motor vehicle crash. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
0503 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Boroff Road in Ridge Township for a subject who had fallen.
1125 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Walnut Street in the Village of Elgin on a complaint of juveniles riding 4-wheelers and trespassing.
1207 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Jefferson Street in the Village of Ohio City on a complaint of juveniles riding Go-Cart, and Dirt Bike on the city streets.
