LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Now that Halloween is nearly behind us, our thoughts have turned to the Christmas Season and nothing shows the holiday spirit more than decorations. That is why Downtown Lima, Inc. is holding a Christmas Gift Tag Program. The proceeds from the gift tags will be used to continue to refresh the decorations and store them when they are not in use. The organization is responsible for all the decorations on lamp posts along Main Street and with a $50 donation, you can help Downtown Lima fill the square with holiday cheer.
“They can be in memory of a loved one, or a family, like from the Billingsley family, that sort of thing,” says Betsy Billingsley, Ex. Dir. Downtown Lima Inc. “And then you can bring your family down to kind of see you gift tag and enjoy our holiday festival and shopping and eating downtown.”
