A verdict has been returned in the case of a former New Knoxville boys basketball coach.
26-year-old Cole Fischbach was found guilty on two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, and not guilty on the rest of the charges in his case of two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, two counts of sexual imposition, and one count of tampering with evidence.
According to an indictment, the charges stem from May to June of 2021 and involved a victim between the ages of 13 and 16 years of age.
The 26-year-old coached the New Knoxville boys basketball team last year but resigned in the summer for personal reasons.
A sentencing date has been set for June 27th.
