A Hancock County man is charged with trying to proposition young children in the area.
Officers from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department have arrested 59-year-old Jeffrey Julien at a home on Hazelwood drive in Liberty Township. He is being held in the Hancock County Jail on one charge of importuning which is a felony of a third degree. Additional charges are possible.
