A Union City man was arrested in Celina following an investigation into alleged internet crimes against children.

The Mercer County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 60-year-old Kevin Joseph Fullenkamp. Deputies were contacted by the Newbury Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children's (ICAC) of Newbury, Massachusetts. The police department states that they have been receiving communications from Fullenkamp since November of last year. Fullenkamp believed that he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl including sending sexually explicit photos and engaging in sexually explicit conversations.
A Hancock County man is charged with trying to proposition young children in the area.
