CELINA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Union City man is in custody following an investigation into alleged internet crimes against children.
Philip Bowman, 61, was arrested Tuesday in Celina after a joint investigation by the Coldwater and Celina police departments. Bowman was taken into custody on an importuning charge and booked into the Mercer County Jail. Police said the case will be forwarded to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office for review of any additional charges as the investigation continues.
