A man that has already been convicted for threatening Putnam County officials has been indicted once again.

Kenneth Richey indicted for the fourth time in Putnam County

Kenneth Richey has been indicted in Putnam County for the fourth time with charges of retaliation and violation of a protection order. Last month, he was indicted on the same charges, plus a charge of tampering with evidence. Those charges came while he was living in Columbus when he allegedly posted a video to Facebook making threats to someone in Putnam County. Richey served three years for threatening a judge. He was also convicted of murder, but after an appeal, it was overturned.
