People looking to buy a Ford got a chance to help out area students on Tuesday.
Students at Lima Senior put on a fundraiser at Reineke Ford Lincoln of Lima to support their Skills USA program. Skills USA is a program designed to help career and tech students learn leadership and get them out into the workforce. For every person who test drove a Ford, Ford Motor Company donated $20 dollars to Lima Senior to support the students in this program.
"We're career and tech-based so ours is super important for our students so that way they can learn our leadership skills and we can help getting job trades out into the workforce in our Lima community," explained Ashley Rozell, Lima Senior Health Careers Instructor.
The money donated allows these students to attend conventions and learn more about networking.
