A man who allegedly robbed neighboring businesses in two consecutive nights is currently behind bars.
The Lima Police Department says that Jason Gannon was identified as the person that robbed the CVS Pharmacy on Bellefontaine Avenue on Friday night and the Little Caesars Pizza across the street on Saturday night.
During both robberies, the suspect acted like he had a gun and he stole an undisclosed amount of money from the businesses. Shortly after Saturday night’s robbery, Gannon was identified as the robber and arrested. He is currently in the Allen County Jail.

On Friday, November 15th, 2019, shortly before 8pm, Lima PD officers responded to the CVS Pharmacy located at 900 Bellefontaine Ave. in reference to a robbery. A white male subject entered the business, acting as if he had a gun, and he stole an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register before fleeing from the business.
On Saturday, November 16th, 2019, shortly before 9pm, Lima PD officers responded to Little Caesars Pizza located at 216 Calumet Ave. in reference to a robbery. A white male subject entered the business, acting as if he had a gun, and he stole an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register before fleeing from the business.
Shortly after the robbery, the suspect was identified as Jason Gannon and he was taken into custody. During the course of the investigation, Mr. Gannon was identified as the suspect in the Robbery at Little Caesars and also the Robbery at the CVS Pharmacy the previous evening.
