Mercy Health is excited to announce that Lima native Nikki Hutchison has been named as the market’s new Chief Financial Officer.
May 23, 2024, Press Release from Mercy Health-Lima: Lima, Ohio (May 31, 2024) – Mercy Health has named Nicole “Nikki” Hutchison as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Lima Market, effective May 20. Hutchison, a Lima native, has served the ministry in a variety of roles for more than 16 years, most recently serving as the senior financial analyst for the Lima market, a role she has been in since 2019.
“Nikki has an ability to collaborate across all aspects of our business while ensuring alignment with our objectives. That paired with the invaluable insights she’s made from her time with us make her a great asset to our leadership team,” said Ronda Lehman, president, Mercy Health – Lima.
In this role, Hutchison will replace Tim Rieger who is retiring from the ministry on July 12 after 38 years of dedicated service.
During her decade and a half tenure with the ministry, Hutchison has developed through a variety of revenue cycle and finance roles including billing specialist, denial management analyst and decision support for the senior financial analyst. She established a proven track record in financial analytics, budget implementation and stringent controls.

Hutchison holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition, she is a graduate of Lima Senior High School and will soon be graduating from the Allen Lima Leadership program.
