Lima has been named the 13th best spot to view the eclipse by Astronomy.com and local officials are expecting a big crowd. The Lima Allen County Chamber of Commerce along with the Allen County EMA, the City of Lima, and others have started a Facebook page to provide information on what to expect during and around the eclipse. The chamber is urging area businesses to make a plan on how to deal with a variety of issues from whether your register will work to how you will handle the use of your public restrooms. No detail is too small to think about when it comes to the eclipse.
