A human services organization is expanding their reach to those with disabilities.
RMS of Ohio is excited for the opening of a fourth location in Ottawa. For almost 30 years, RMS has been providing services to people around the state with physical and developmental disabilities. The new location had an open house for members of the community to check out what they have to offer.
"So we're excited to be in this new location just to bring awareness to our agency and what we do for individuals with disabilities," said Jennifer Gast, director of operations at RMS of Ohio. "And how we want to become a part of the community and have folks from the community participate in the program."
RMS offers a variety of services and activities including cooking classes, life skills building, and other community outings. They welcome everyone with disabilities.
