An event helped raise money for the veteran organizations in Allen and surrounding counties.
The S.O.S project held a fall fest at Elmview Pub on Shawnee Road Saturday. All proceeds from the event go towards helping veterans in the area.
A check was also presented to Hunting with Heroes, an organization that helps take disabled veterans out to hunting in the local area.
