ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Shawnee Township man was indicted on multiple charges of having sexual contact and pictures of a minor.
20-year-old Brevin Luna has pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. He was indicted on a total of 12 charges that range from felony 2 to felony 4, and the incidents happened in the last part of May 2024. Luna is in the Allen County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
