The second man involved in the robbery of a Rite Aid was sentenced Thursday morning.
18-year-old Tobias Griffin was sentenced to six years in prison in Allen County Common Pleas Court. Griffin pleaded guilty to one count of robbery, a felony of the second degree, and one count of abduction, a felony of the third degree. He received six years in prison and 12 months for count two to be served concurrently.
The other man pled guilty to charges related to the armed robbery that took place on September 14th on Robb Avenue. Griffin had a prior run-in with law enforcement as a juvenile when he committed an aggravated robbery.
